Legal basis: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).
Data administrator

Purposes of processing and legal basis for processing
Your data may be processed for the purpose of:
Basis for processing:
responding to your inquiry, presenting the offer, contacting you in connection with the offer, concluding a contract, delivering/fulfilling the ordered products and services, mutual settlements, fulfilling any obligations arising from warranties and guarantees;
processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract - Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR
performing obligations arising from legal provisions, in particular tax law, accounting regulations or in order to perform obligations regarding the identification of the contractor and registration of transactions arising from regulations on money laundering;
processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation incumbent on the controller - Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR
direct marketing of products and services, i.e. transmitting, displaying, and sending commercial information, understood as information intended to promote the goods, services, or image of the Controller or other entities whose services or products are offered by the Controller or related to its activities (e.g. information about promotions, competitions, games, commercial offers, or purchase proposals); and, based on additional consent, also via messages sent to your e-mail address or telephone number and during telephone conversations;

internal settlements with suppliers of goods, conducting internal audits
organization of loyalty programs, training, competitions and promotional campaigns,
consent of the data subject - Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR
selecting commercial information about products and services offered by the Administrator in terms of your needs, interests, and willingness to purchase (profiling);
Data recipients
Your personal data may be transferred to entities authorized by law. Furthermore, data may be transferred to the Controller's contractors, provided that the transfer is necessary for the performance of the concluded contract, payment processors, entities providing consulting, legal, auditing, accounting, insurance, financial, and personal and property security services, IT service providers, courier and transport companies, entities processing data for debt collection purposes, and entities participating in the organization of marketing campaigns and loyalty programs.
Data transfer outside the EEA
The collected personal data will not be transferred to recipients located in countries outside the European Economic Area (European Union countries and Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway).
The period for which the data will be stored
If we prepare an offer for you, we will process your personal data for the duration of the offer's validity and for the period necessary to conclude the contract. If a contract is concluded, your personal data will be processed until the statute of limitations for claims under the contract expires or until the legal obligation to process data expires. Where personal data is processed based on the Controller's legitimate interest, personal data will be processed for the duration of the Controller's market activity and the pursuit of its stated purposes. Personal data processed for marketing purposes will be processed for the duration of the Controller's marketing activities or until you object to the further processing of your personal data for these purposes. If data is processed based on your consent, personal data will be processed until you withdraw your consent.
Rights of the data subject
You have the right to access your data and the right to request its rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing. If the processing of your personal data is based on the Controller's legitimate interest, you may object to the processing of your personal data. In particular, you have the right to object to processing for direct marketing and profiling purposes. To the extent that the processing of your personal data is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. To the extent that your data is processed for the purpose of entering into and performing a contract or processed based on consent, you also have the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Providing personal data is required under applicable law. Providing personal data in connection with a contract is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract. In other cases, providing personal data is voluntary.
Profiling
Profiling is a form of automated personal data processing that involves using personal data to assess certain personal factors about you, in particular to analyze or predict aspects of your situation, personal preferences, interests, location, or movements. In this case, profiling involves using data from various sources at our disposal to make decisions based on criteria we select, including whether to offer you participation in promotional campaigns, providing information about goods and services, or making offers to best suit your expectations or interests. Profiling is carried out with your consent.
Source of data
We process data you provide, as well as data from websites and, for business entities, from public registers. We process the following categories of relevant data: identification data, contact details, and correspondence details.
